We offer you an exclusive cooking experience in a beautiful riad located in the heart of the medina.  Our talented chef Dada holds several classes where she teaches the preparation and cooking of a variety of authentic Moroccan dishes, before you dine with her enjoying the meal you have prepared together.

Schedule:

Lunch from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Dinner from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm .

Included :

- Welcome by our French and/or English interpreter and introduction to the course,

- Moroccan tea ceremony,

- Demonstration of Moroccan bread making,

- Visit of the bread oven and the hotel's herbalist shop where the spices come from,

- Cooking class by the Dada,

- Tasting of the prepared dishes
